Role Overview

At Continental Seafood Restaurant, we are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
  • Presentation of bills to customers and acceptance of payment
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff


Requirements:

  • ​Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • ​Physical stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods
