Hospitality Specialist

At Continental Seafood Restaurant, we are seeking an exceptional Hospitality Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- Presentation of bills to customers and acceptance of payment
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
- Advise customers on menu selections
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Requirements:
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Physical stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods
