Job Title: Outlet Greeter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Outlet Greeter to join our Food and Beverage team at Casino Rama. As an Outlet Greeter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming policies.
  • Provide superior customer service, promote excellent employee relations, and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Direct guests to their seats, control guest flow, and maintain cleanliness of restaurant lobby areas.
  • Assist in all areas of the restaurant as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and support teamwork.
  • Be knowledgeable about daily activities in the hotel and casino, as well as menu items offered in the restaurant.
  • Help maintain an organized, safe, and clean outlet.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present an outgoing, confident, and personable attitude at all times.
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills and ability to read and write in English.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to carry out essential duties, including occasional lifting of dishes, trays, cutlery, and other related service products.
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must have or be able to acquire Smart Serve certification.
