Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, and establish work schedules to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
