Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
