IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dartmouth, NS. As a key member of our Managed IT Services team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients across the Maritimes.
About the RoleThis hands-on position involves working directly with clients to gather and document their internal systems, networks, and application requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, responding to service requests, and maintaining records in our ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day IT system, network, and infrastructure support for a large and diverse client base.
- Work closely with clients to gather and document requirements relating to their internal systems, networks, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant post-secondary education coupled with 3-4 years of related experience.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
- Knowledge of SMB IT Network Infrastructure, domain admin, security requirements, and end-user equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
