Food Service Manager

Quesada Burritos & Tacos is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accuracy and minimizing waste.
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or culinary role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and teamwork.
