About This Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our sales team in the North Shore, South Shore, and Greater Montreal areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth through successful execution of customer promotional plans, incremental displays, and equipment placements aligned with business objectives.

This is an entry-level role in the sales department with potential for career advancement. The ideal candidate must have a car to travel for work and be able to work in an extended territory that varies according to needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and profit growth through successful execution of customer promotional plans, incremental displays, and equipment placements aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement channel and customer promotions and programs based on national brand strategies.
  • Optimize face-to-face selling opportunities through proactive time and territory management.
  • Provide high-level customer service and promptly resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and sales execution teams to achieve revenue and profit goals while maintaining inventory levels and merchandising standards.
  • Build or modify displays, sections, end caps, racks & coolers according to Coke Canada Bottling's standards and programs.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
  • Post-Secondary education, preferably in business related field or sufficient business experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role preferable in consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management an asset.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must.
  • Proficient using a variety of computer programs.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
  • Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
