Office Operations Coordinator

At Iversta Rentals Inc, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate events, meetings, and seminars.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook to maintain accurate records and data.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of work experience.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Please note that we are looking for a permanent employee to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
English is the primary work language.
