At Iversta Rentals Inc, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate events, meetings, and seminars.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook to maintain accurate records and data.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of work experience.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Please note that we are looking for a permanent employee to work 30 to 40 hours per week.

English is the primary work language.
