Wound Ostomy and Continence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence to join our dynamic team at SE Health. As a member of our esteemed Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team, you will play a vital role in providing specialized holistic assessment and management to individuals with ostomies, acute and chronic wounds, and urinary and fecal continence concerns.
About the Role- Provide comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence care to clients across various settings.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interprofessional teams.
- Offer education and mentorship experiences to build knowledge and capacity within SE Health.
- Facilitate the dissemination of wound, ostomy, and continence knowledge among care providers.
- Must have completed the Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) WOC-EP program or international certification equivalent.
- Current membership in NSWOC Canada is preferred.
- Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
