Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wound Ostomy and Continence Specialist to join our team at SE Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide specialized care to individuals with wound, ostomy, and continence concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform holistic assessments of clients with wound, ostomy, and/or continence concerns
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team
  • Provide education and mentorship experiences to build wound, ostomy, and continence knowledge within SE Health
  • Facilitate the dissemination of wound, ostomy, and continence knowledge
Requirements
  • Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) WOC-EP program certification or international equivalent
  • Current membership in NSWOC Canada preferred
  • Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Flexibility and commitment to advancing wound, ostomy, and continence care at SE Health
Compensation

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, RRSP pension, and exclusive perks/discounts available only to SE Health staff.
