Job Opportunity:

This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional client-focused sales skills and a natural ability to resolve problems. As an RBC ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering memorable client experiences, driving sales, and retaining business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide assistance.
  • Focus on client education and demonstration to deliver a superior client experience.
  • Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a range of financial transactions.
  • Actively listen and engage with clients to further understand their needs.
  • Proactively resolve and prevent client banking problems.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
  • Problem-solving and people skills with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
