About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Associate to join our team at Hazelview Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-unit apartment complexes.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform preventative and repair maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Upkeep apartment units and grounds to ensure a high level of quality and safety
- Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns
Requirements
- 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
- Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
- Ability to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively on a team
