The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, and upkeeping apartment units and grounds.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting.
  3. Assist with moving in and out of residents, including assembling and disassembling furniture.
  4. Ensure all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. 2-3 years of maintenance or related experience.
  2. Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
  3. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting.
  4. Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools.
  5. The ability to be flexible and adaptable, working collaboratively on a team and independently.
