Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of 3-4 people. The work setting is a motel with less than 50 rooms.
