Job Title: Building Services Engineer—Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team in Eastern Quebec. As a hybrid employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home, in our office, or a combination of both.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop plans and specifications for ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Determine construction costs and quantities in accordance with standard methods and established plans and specifications.
  • Conduct surveys and studies, and write technical reports.
  • Help solve technical problems and prepare progress reports.
  • Act as a resource person for the technical team and participate in partial supervision of construction work.
  • Attend client meetings and prepare fee budgets.
Requirements:
  • University diploma in building services engineering.
  • A minimum of five years' relevant experience.
  • Membre of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • ASP Construction card.
  • LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable development and energy efficiency principles (an asset).
  • Working knowledge of Revit software (an asset).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French.
  • Good command in English (an asset).
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (an asset).
