Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Wild Wing. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Carry and replace linens, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, ensuring efficient service and minimizing waste.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Package take-out food, providing a convenient and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Portion and wrap foods, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take customers' orders, accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Services Attendant at Wild Wing, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, ensuring a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.

We offer a permanent position with 32.5 hours of work per week, providing a stable and secure work environment. Our team is committed to excellence, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
