About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business process analysis, project management, and software development. Your expertise in implementing and developing solutions using Curam software will be essential in ensuring that social programs are efficient, effective, and aligned with client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing the Curam Social Program Management platform.
  • Leverage your experience in business process analysis and project management to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social service programs and the functionality of the Curam platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

 

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing and developing solutions using Curam software.
  • Proven track record in business process analysis and project management.
  • Strong understanding of social service programs and the functionality of the Curam platform.
  • Experience with Java-based platforms, including J2EE, XML, SQL, and web technologies.
  • Experience with databases like Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server for data management and queries.
  • Familiarity with Curam's Integration Framework and Business Rules Management.
  • Relevant education, such as a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • A valid security clearance relevant to the role.

 

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
