Pharmacy Team Lead

About the Role:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services such as medication management, review, and injection services to patients.
- Advise customers on the selection and usage of non-prescription medication, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication profiles for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Supervise and direct technicians and/or assistants in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring high-quality service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree and be in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals or eligible for registration.
- Be licensed to practice in the Province of Saskatchewan with Injection Certification.
- Be APA Certified or working towards certification.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be honest and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
