Job Title: Warehouse Systems Analyst

At Shiseido, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Blue Yonder WMS system for the Canadian Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 support for all WMS-related issues and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests through the ticketing system.
  • Configure and update WMS configuration to align with business requirements changes, making necessary adjustments to optimize system performance and business processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance fulfillment processes and automate manual tasks, leveraging system expertise to optimize operations and minimize helpdesk tickets.
  • Collaborate with the IT Supply Chain team during all phases of WMS-related projects, offering support and assistance to ensure successful project delivery and managing business expectations.
  • Design and develop reports to deliver analysis of business data, providing essential insights to support the Operations staff in informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in WMS support or a similar role, ideally in a warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle databases, including experience writing complex queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel with Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
