At Pet Valu, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Supply Chain strategy and systems to optimize our growing network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform advanced data analysis and mining using various tools to inform business decisions.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide training and support to users on warehouse systems and SOP development.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to understand business impact and drive operational excellence.
- Support project scope and objectives definition, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies across the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years technical experience working with supply chain applications, including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and/or Enterprise Application Integration tools.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- System implementation experience considered an asset.
- Ability to travel to offices, stores, and distribution centers as required.
