Job Title: Factory Maintenance Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Maintenance Worker to join our team at Toute Sweet Cakes and Pastries. As a Factory Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our factory equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain factory equipment, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and electrical systems.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including washing windows, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash cans.
  • Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads, bending, and crouching.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Factory or plant
