Acsenda School of Management is seeking a highly qualified academic leader to join our team as a Lecturer in Hospitality Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in hospitality management, providing leadership to students, and contributing to the development of our programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in hospitality management, including lectures, discussions, and case studies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to students in the hospitality management program.
  • Contribute to the development of our hospitality management programs, including curriculum design and review.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, such as research and publication, to stay current in the field and contribute to the development of teaching and learning in hospitality management.
  • Participate in institutional meetings, training, and professional development to stay current in best practices in hospitality management education.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A master's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Two years or more of directly related post-secondary level teaching experience.
  • Professional experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ability to relate concepts to business practice in the field of hospitality management.
