Civil Engineering Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team at Tryon Engineering Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engineering specifications and drawings to support construction projects.
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates to inform project decisions.
  • Design and create engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Develop project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.

Please note that this is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule.
