Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team at Tryon Engineering Inc. The successful candidate will assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings, participate in field surveys, inspections, and technical investigations, and prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  • Participate in field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings
  • Prepare project schedules
  • Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations, and testing of construction materials
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
