We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Hashemee's Group Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also direct and control daily operations, direct staff, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, scheduling appointments, and managing contracts. Additionally, they will oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, and respond to employee questions and complaints.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and managing digital databases, providing customer service, and recruiting and hiring workers. They will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
