We are seeking an experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to lead our team at TSS Painting Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure high-quality finishes and efficient project completion.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that projects meet their expectations.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painters and Decorators Supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
