Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Leadership Role
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and implement visual merchandising strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
