About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team at Level Contracting Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate painting projects and teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Recruit and Hire skilled painters and decorators to join our team.
  • Train and Develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Requisition and Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
  • Lead and Instruct team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, overseeing painting projects and teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and at heights.
  • Work Setting: Construction, inspection, installation, commercial, industrial, and maintenance.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliability, team player.
