Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at Wainwright Cannabis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
