Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to join our team at B D Convenience Store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including assigning duties and tasks, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
