SAP Senior S/4 HANA Project Manager

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP Senior S/4 HANA Project Manager to lead the implementation of S/4HANA for our Montreal-based client. This is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid work setting and occasional on-site presence required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, leading a diverse team of up to 30 individuals.
  • Manage large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead ERP deployment projects from design to execution, establishing clear goals and managing project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Lead, motivate, and mobilize the project team, analyzing workload and adjusting involvement as needed.
  • Support the gathering of requirements and documentation of business processes, ensuring effective change management.
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping parties informed of progress and issues.
  • Ensure that risks are identified, and action plans are determined, and project issues are resolved appropriately.
  • Act as the point of contact for project team members for issue resolution during project execution.
  • Ensure that the project meets client expectations in terms of benefits, collecting lessons learned and adjusting project planning and execution accordingly.
  • Work in collaboration with external firms, ensuring quality control processes are executed and project deliverables are approved.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a university degree or equivalent (e.g., PMP).
  • Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Microsoft office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) as well as Microsoft Project is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
