SAP Senior S/4 HANA Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, leading a diverse team of up to 30 individuals.
  • Manage large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead an ERP deployment project from design, planning to execution, establishing clear and achievable goals.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, analyzing the workload of team members and adjusting involvement as needed.
  • Support the gathering of requirements and documentation of business processes, ensuring that the change management plan is built and delivered.
  • Report the progress of the project to the steering committee and to the team itself, ensuring that risks are identified and action plans are determined.
  • Act as the point of contact for the project team members for the resolution of any issues during project execution.
  • Ensure that the project meets the client's expectations in terms of benefits, collecting lessons learned and adjusting project planning and execution accordingly.
  • Work in collaboration with external firms, ensuring that the quality control process is executed and obtains approval of project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a university degree or an equivalent (e.g. PMP).
  • Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Microsoft office software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) as well as Microsoft Project is required.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
