  • Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Oversight:
    • Direct and oversee the Procure to Pay processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and efficiency.
    • Manage procurement activities for both direct and indirect materials utilizing SAP S/4 HANA.
  • SAP Integration and Oversight:
    • Facilitate the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth connectivity and data flow.
    • Supervise batch management and serialization processes within the SAP framework.
  • Master Data Governance:
    • Employ SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM (Master Data Management) to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Global Trade Compliance:
    • Implement and oversee GTS (Global Trade Services) to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Warehouse and Transportation Management:
    • Lead initiatives in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), integrating with Inventory Management (IM) and EWM.
    • Oversee Transportation Management integration with IM/EWM.
  • Quality and Production Integration:
    • Ensure Quality Management (QM) integration with IM/EWM.
    • Supervise production processes integrated with IM/EWM.
  • Data Migration Leadership:
    • Lead and manage data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • A degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or a related discipline (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certifications are highly regarded.
  • A bachelor's degree with approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience with SAP Materials Management (covering both direct and indirect procurement and inventory management) and participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) is required. Familiarity with SAP Materials Management integration to IBP, QM, PM, SD, LE, TM, FI, CO, etc. is essential.
  • Extensive experience as a lead consultant with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Expertise in MM (Materials Management) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
  • Strong background in S4H Procurement, encompassing both direct and indirect procurement.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba, particularly its integration with S4H.
  • Knowledge of batch management and serialization.
  • Experience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM (Master Data Management).
  • Proficiency in GTS (Global Trade Services) for global trade management and compliance.
  • Experience with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
