Cpus Engineering Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Program Administrator to lead and administer the organization, coordination, and execution of assigned project(s) within multidiscipline project portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including the 5 primary project phases (Identification, Initiation, Definition, Execution, Closeout).
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring all necessary information is captured and readily available.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively developing and implementing mitigation plans.
The selected candidate will also provide leadership and direction to matrixed project teams, foster collaboration and ensure clear communication.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and minimum 5 years of experience in project management leading and delivering complex projects.
