About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Plant Engineer to join our team at Lassonde Beverages Canada facility in Toronto. As a key member of our plant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement control plans to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve the parameterization of production equipment.
  • Provide technical support to the plant team.
  • Plan and lead continuous improvement activities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Lean tools, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
