About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Plant Engineer to join our team at Lassonde Beverages Canada Plant in Toronto. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement control plans to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve the parameterization of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to the entire plant, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
  • Plan and implement continuous improvement activities to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Study the profitability of improvement projects and suggest new technologies to enhance production efficiency.
  • Coach and coordinate internal resources to achieve plant objectives.
  • Participate and lead the continuous improvement committee to drive cultural change and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve workplace safety and ensure recommendations and changes are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement Plant Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience with Lean tools, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
