Lead the Way in Service Delivery

GardaWorld is seeking a seasoned Bilingual (EN/FR) Service Delivery Manager to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing streamlined processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience.
  • Conversationally fluent in both French and English.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
