- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our business operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, minimizing risk and protecting our reputation.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
