At Donato Driveway Sealing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractor activities, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, selecting trade subcontractors, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers, hiring and supervising subcontractor activities, planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress, preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control, reading blueprint, schemas, and drawings, planning and managing budgets, developing and implementing quality control programs, developing risk management plans, overseeing data and information analysis, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure efficient completion of projects.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines.
  • Select trade subcontractors based on their expertise and experience.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to stakeholders.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support project requirements.
  • Hire and supervise subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones to track project progress.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare contracts, including terms and conditions, payment schedules, and termination clauses.
  • Negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements as required.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Read blueprint, schemas, and drawings to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure effective financial management of projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Oversee data and information analysis to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, financial performance, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • FIRST AID CERTIFICATE
  • CPR CERTIFICATE
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Basic security clearance and reference required
  • Hard hat, steel-toed safety boots, and cellular phone
  • Efficient judgment, organized, and accountability
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
