Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee construction projects at Homejoy Development LTD.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Resource Allocation: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, including trades helpers, bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, roofers, shinglers, cladders/siding installers, kitchen cupboard and vanity installers, and drywall installers and finishers.
Work Environment

The site operations manager will work outdoors in a noisy and dusty environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skill Set: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
