Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description:
  • Assist with agent onboarding, renewals, and terminations, including contract signing and office policies.
  • Follow up recruiting leads to attract new and experienced real estate agents, exceeding recruiting goals.
  • Retrain and support agents and administrative staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to Company Policies, Code of Ethics, and Code of Business Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate agent.
  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
  • Experience in human resources functions is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
