We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. in an exciting role that offers numerous opportunities for growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with experience in implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing existing ones. The selected individual will also possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for delegating work to office support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be involved in the preparation of operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and assembling data to prepare periodic reports and special documents.

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing payroll administration and planning and controlling budget and expenditures. Your exceptional time management skills will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively, while your adaptability will allow you to adjust quickly to changing situations.

The successful candidate will have a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
