Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient flow: Ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner and that their medical records are up-to-date.
  • Interview patients: Obtain case histories from patients and ensure that all relevant information is recorded.
  • Administrative tasks: Open and distribute mail, schedule appointments, complete insurance forms, and maintain filing systems.
  • Supplies and inventory management: Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the dental clinic runs smoothly.
  • Office procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Data entry: Enter medical reports and correspondence into electronic systems.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidential medical files and records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
