About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to work onsite in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a Vehicle Rental Agent, you will be responsible for preparing rentals for the day, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with vendors to maintain a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare all rentals for the day, including parking, cleaning, fueling, and clearing of snow and debris.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience through efficient key delivery and return processes, and effective use of the booking system and inspections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage recalls and regular service requirements, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company positively, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Technological proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Clean Driver Abstract, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays.
