Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary:
destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to support individuals recovering from mental health issues, substance abuse, or trauma. As a key member of our team, you will help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients' rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Facilitate therapeutic and support groups.
  • Provide education on coping strategies and life skills.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in rehabilitation or mental health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
