Ton rôle

En tant qu'analyste senior au sein de l'équipe de risques de Banque Nationale Réseau Indépendant (BNRI), tu seras un expert en gestion des risques opérationnels au sein de l'industrie des services financiers. Tu effectueras la surveillance des risques opérationnels des processus de BNRI en fonction de diverses tâches et activités.

Tes responsabilités

  • Effectuer des examens de diligence raisonnable relatifs aux clients nouveaux et existants
  • Enquêter sur la fraude et les atteintes à la vie privée et effectuer une surveillance des opérations concernant la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements, examiner et approuver les exceptions en matière de politique et fournir des conseils relatifs aux risques à nos clients et partenaires internes
  • Produire des rapports sur les événements opérationnels, surveiller les opérations des résidents américains, les comptes d'erreur et les comptes de dépôt de garantie
  • Collaborer avec des partenaires internes comme les services de conformité, juridiques, opérationnels et de gestion de patrimoine pour créer ou améliorer les politiques, les procédures et les contrôles
  • Diriger et/ou assister divers projets d'amélioration des processus, de vérification et d'autres exigences réglementaires
  • Préparer et livrer du matériel de communication et de formation sur les questions de risque pour les employés et les clients de BNRI

Ton équipe

Tu relèveras du gestionnaire, Service des risques. L'équipe des risques de BNRI est responsable de la surveillance des risques opérationnels au sein de BNRI.

Compétences requises

  • 4 années ou plus d'expérience au sein de l'industrie des services financiers, y compris de l'expérience en valeurs mobilières, préférablement dans un environnement réglementé par l'OCRI
  • Diplôme universitaire et/ou une désignation comme analyste financier agréé
  • Connaissance approfondie d'Excel (travailler avec de grands ensembles de données, macros, tableaux croisés dynamiques, etc.), Word et PowerPoint
  • Compétences solides en matière d'analyse, de résolution de problème, de communication et de présentation
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et dans un environnement d'équipe
  • Capacité de diriger, de créer l'efficacité, d'optimiser, d'ajouter de la valeur et d'aller au-delà des attentes dans le cadre des tâches normales
