Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at S M Software Solutions Inc. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and stakeholders, leveraging our organization's I&IT solutions and applications to meet program and service goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide business and technical advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program and service goals and objectives
  • Conduct design and technical JAD walkthrough sessions with project teams
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of design and architecture of systems solutions
  • Oversee testing, integration, and implementation of systems solutions into clients' applications
  • Guide the feasibility studies and cost-effective analyses of proposed client I&IT initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and agreements
  • Provide coaching and direction to junior staff throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • System/Business Analyst experience: 40%
  • Technical Skills: 30%
  • Project experience: 30%
