Your Responsibilities- Build and manage your own sales funnel and pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Attend sales calls, networking meetings, and industry events to establish new contacts and opportunities.
- Develop contact and sales strategies to meet our work mix goals, ensuring a balanced portfolio of projects.
- Aggressively prospect for new customers and follow leads proactively to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop unique sales proposals and negotiate deals with C+ Executives/Decision makers to secure new business.
- Drive project briefs and kick-off meetings on sold projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Elevate your industry knowledge by staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends through research and attending trade shows.
- Maintain accurate sales activities in our CRM system.
- Manage and drive RFP responses to increase our chances of winning new business.
- Support the use of KPIs/scorecards to measure performance and drive improvement.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical field.
- Strong understanding and support of CRM systems, with experience using Pipedrive an asset.
- Ambitious and results-oriented individual who sets big goals and consistently hits them.
- Experience in consultative vs. transactional selling, particularly in a technical field.
- Familiarity with selling services such as store branding/creative, engineering, and installation/repairs, as well as custom/manufactured products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
