Outside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with business development strategies and account management practices.
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
