Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the admissions process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. This is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the admissions process, including reviewing and processing applications, conducting interviews, and making admissions decisions.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with applicants and their families to provide information and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Work closely with the academic team to ensure that all admissions requirements are met.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the admissions process and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • College diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
